2 ) നിങ്ങളുടെ അടുത്ത് എവിടെ അപേക്ഷ അലെങ്ക്കില്‍ പൂരിപ്പിച്ച ഫോം        സ്വീകരിക്കും എന്നറിയാന്‍ ഇവിടെ ക്ലിക്ക്  UTI Locations   OR    See NSDL Locations

3  ) ഫീസ് / ചാര്‍ജ് : 96 രൂപയാണ് സാദാരണ ഫീസ് ഇന്ത്യക്ക് പുറത്ത് ലഭിക്കുന്ന NRI  കാര്‍ഡിന്ന്‍ 962 രൂപയാണ്‌ ചാര്‍ജ്

ഫോം 49A ഓണ്‍ലൈനില്‍  പൂരിപ്പിച്ചു നല്‍കിയതിന്ന്‍ ശേഷം 15 അക്ക നമ്പരോടു കൂടിലഭിക്കുന്ന അക്നോളെജമെന്റ് പ്രിന്റ്‌ എടുത്ത് നിങ്ങളുടെ രണ്ടു ഫോട്ടോകള്‍ ഒട്ടിച്ചു സൈന്‍ ചെയ്ത് അഡ്രസും ഐഡന്‍ഡിട്ടിയും തെളിയിക്കുന്ന രേഖകളോടെപ്പം ആപ്ലിക്കേഷനില്‍ കാണിച്ചിരിക്കുന്ന  അഡ്രസില്‍അയക്കുക സാദാരണയായി ഒരു മാസത്തിനുള്ളില്‍ പാന്‍ കാര്‍ഡ് വീട്ടില്‍ എത്തും
